The pool of grits was sorta warmish and the pork belly was a touch warmer. The pork belly and grits small plate was so small that the waiter said that the chef even thought it a meager portion and would be sending out more in a few minutes. The vegetables were crunchy, sorta warm - like no other ratatouille I have had before. ![]() We had the ratatouille and I think someone forgot to turn on the burner sometime during the cooking process. And if that noise could be harnessed to create heat, they could use it serve entrees that were hot, rather than just a tick above room temperature. If noise were flammable this place would go up like the tinderbox it claims to be.
